Mar Vista Class of 78

High School Reunion Time...

Guess what... this past Saturday was my 30 year class reunion. Graduated Class of 78 from Mar Vista High School in Imperial Beach, CA.

Robert took me because I would have changed my mind and stayed home. This was my first one, I missed the 10 & 20 year reunions. I saw a lot of old high school friends and it was wonderful.

I don't look anything like an "almost 50" year old... with 6 children of her very own... eh!

Happy Birthday Son... 27 years ago today you were born in Bethesda MD @ the brand new Bathesda Naval Medical Center. I was 21 years old and your Dad was 23. I remember the moment I laid eyes on you... I just couldn't believe it. What a miracle it is to have children. I fell head over heals in love with you in that moment - and have always loved you so much. Mothers love their children more than themselves.
Lorie, my child hood friend gave birth to Ben on the same day, here at Balboa Naval Hospital in San Diego. You were born something like 3 hours before he was. You two were friends as babies and probably still are.

Hi Kids

Well, it has been since Thanksgiving since I have updated my blog. Things have changed for me here in Poway CA. I have opened a Child Care here at my house and for the first time in over 14 years... I feel wonderful. Having these little babies all around me every day and being home for my family... well all I can say is "Aaahhh".

It makes me think about having Grandchildren running around here someday...

I want you to remind you that I think of you all "every single day" that I am alive.
